§ 56.063. SIDEWALKS IN NEED OF REPAIR.

Latest version.

Any sidewalk within the city which is determined to be deteriorated or otherwise in a condition unsafe or unfit for use shall be remedied by replacement or repair according to the provisions of this subchapter, and according to the specifications for the replacement or repair of sidewalk adopted by the City Council.
