§ 110.21. SOLICITOR BOND.

  • (A) Application for a solicitor’s license shall be accompanied by a bond in the penal sum of not less than $1,000 executed by a surety company, conditioned upon the making of final delivery of the goods ordered or services to be performed in accordance with the terms of the order, or failing therein, that the advance payment on the order be refunded.
    (B) Any person injured or damaged by the action of the solicitor shall have a right of action on the bond for the recovery of monies or damages or both.
