§ 110.04. EXCLUSIONS.

The Council may, by resolution, exclude certain classes of solicitor events from compliance with licensing provisions of this chapter. Provided, however, that, the exclusion shall not extend to the prohibited solicitation practices set forth in § 110.03 of this chapter.
