§ 130.31. OFFENSES OR BEHAVIORS IN A GATHERING.

  • If a peace officer has probable cause to believe that any individual or individuals in a gathering have committed specified offenses or specified behaviors, and the individual or individuals, after a Miranda warning, are unable to explain his/her presence and conduct, the peace officer may direct the members of the gathering to leave the Downtown Business District.
