§ 153.147. CONDITIONAL USES.

The following uses shall require a conditional use permit based on the procedures set forth in §§ 153.215 through 153.224.
(A) Planned unit developments, as regulated by §§ 153.195 through 153.205;
(B) Petroleum storage according to the requirements set forth in §§ 153.195 through 153.205;
(C) Other uses determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission to be of the same general character as the uses listed above; and
(D) Personal storage.
