§ 153.017. CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

- (A) A certificate of occupancy shall be obtained for any building or structure hereafter erected or structurally altered, is occupied or used or the use of the building is altered.(B) Application for a certificate of occupancy for a new building or for an existing building which has been altered shall be made to the Zoning Administrator as part of the application for a zoning permit as required in § 153.016.(C) Every certificate of occupancy shall state that the building or proposed use of a building or land complies with all provisions of law and this chapter. A record of all certificates of occupancy shall be kept in the office of the Zoning Administrator and copies shall be furnished on request to any person having a proprietary or tenancy interest in the building or land affected.(Ord. 209.5, passed 12-14-1994)
