§ 153.030. ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS.

Latest version.

The following district classifications are hereby established within the city and its orderly annexation area:
(A) “A” Agricultural/Rural Residence District;
(B) “R-1” Single- and Two-Family Residential District;
(C) “R-2” Multi-Family Residential District;
(D) “B-1” Central Business District;
(E) “B-2” Fringe Central Business District;
(F) “B-3” Highway Commercial District;
(G) “I-1” Light Industrial District;
(H) “I-2” Medium Industrial District; and
(I) “I-3” Heavy Industrial District.
